These guidelines are part of our Terms and Conditions. They apply to everything you post on PRZone — captions, comments, photos, your username, and your bio.
Last updated: 5 August 2026.
01What PRZone is for
Sharing training. Posting a session, celebrating a personal record, asking how someone programmed their week, cheering on people you follow. Beginners post here too, and a first bodyweight squat deserves the same room as a 200 kg deadlift.
If your post would make someone feel worse about starting, it is probably not the post.
02What is not allowed
We have no tolerance for any of the following. Post it and it comes down.
- Harassment and bullying. Targeting, insulting, threatening, or piling on another person. Mocking someone's body, weight, or ability.
- Hate. Attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Sexual content. Nudity and sexually explicit material. Anything that sexualises a minor is removed immediately, the account is terminated, and we report it to the authorities.
- Violence and self-harm. Graphic violence, threats, or content that encourages self-harm or suicide.
- Disordered eating. Content promoting eating disorders, extreme restriction, purging, or dangerous cutting practices.
- Illegal and unsafe substances. Selling or promoting illegal drugs or unlawful performance-enhancing substances.
- Spam and scams. Bulk or repetitive posting, engagement farming, fake giveaways, and misleading commercial promotion.
- Impersonation. Pretending to be another person, coach, or brand.
- Other people's privacy. Posting someone's personal information, or an identifiable photo of a person who has not agreed to appear in it.
- Evading a block or a ban. Contacting someone who blocked you, or making a new account after we removed your old one.
03Photos
You can attach up to four photos to a post. Gym selfies and progress photos are welcome. Keep them clothed and keep them yours.
- Do not post photos of other people at the gym without their agreement. Locker rooms and changing areas are never acceptable.
- Do not post photos you did not take or do not have the right to use.
- Photos are not screened automatically before they appear. We rely on reports, so if you see something wrong, report it.
04Your profile and username
Your username, display name, and bio are held to the same standards as your posts. Slurs, sexual handles, impersonation, and contact-harvesting bios are not allowed.
New profiles are public by default, which means anyone can find you and your public posts can be opened on the web. You can switch to a private profile at any time in your profile settings, and you can set any individual post to followers-only or to yourself.
05Reporting and blocking
- Report any post or comment from its menu in the app. Pick a reason, add detail if it helps. Reports are confidential — we never tell someone who reported them.
- Block anyone from their profile, a post, or a comment. Blocking is not announced. You can see and undo your blocks in account settings.
- Emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then tell us.
- Do not use reporting to retaliate. Repeated bad-faith reports are themselves a breach of these guidelines.
06What happens next
Text you post is checked automatically before it goes live. Clear breaches never appear; borderline cases stay up and land in our review queue. Reports from users go into the same queue.
We review reports of objectionable content and aim to act within 24 hours. Depending on what happened and whether it has happened before, we may:
- Remove the content.
- Limit what the account can do.
- Suspend the account.
- Remove the account permanently.
Anything involving minors, credible threats, or content that appears illegal skips the ladder and goes straight to removal.
07Appeals and contact
If we removed something and you think we got it wrong, email us and we will take another look. Tell us what was removed and when.
