01Who can use PRZone

You must be at least 13 years old to create a PRZone account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use PRZone with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You agree to use PRZone in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not misuse our services, interfere with their normal operation, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, scrape or bulk-collect other users' content, or use automated means to create accounts, follows, likes, or comments.

02Your account

To access certain features you need an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or organisation, or use a username or profile that misleads others about who you are.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. For instructions, see our Account Deletion page.

03Acceptable use and content standards

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on PRZone. Our Community Guidelines form part of these Terms and describe the standards in full. In summary, you must not post, upload, or send content that:

• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates another person.
• Promotes hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
• Is sexually explicit, or sexualises minors in any way.
• Depicts graphic violence, self-harm, or encourages eating disorders or dangerous weight-loss practices.
• Promotes illegal drugs, unlawful performance-enhancing substances, or other illegal activity.
• Is spam, a scam, or misleading commercial promotion.
• Infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Contains another person's private information, or an identifiable image of someone who has not agreed to appear.

You must not use PRZone to stalk, contact, or otherwise target a person who has blocked you, including by creating a new account to do so.

04Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to PRZone. You are responsible for that content and for having the rights to post it.

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting and display, and publish that content, for the purpose of operating and promoting PRZone. That licence covers showing your content to the audience you selected — which, for public posts, includes displaying it on przone.app to visitors without a PRZone account, and generating link-preview images when your post or profile is shared. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups or where we must keep something for legal or safety reasons.

You choose the audience for each post. Please understand that anything you make public can be viewed, screenshotted, and re-shared by others, and may be indexed by search engines. See section 03 of our Privacy Policy for how visibility works.

05Reporting, moderation, and enforcement

• Automated filtering. Text you submit is screened automatically before it becomes visible to others. Content that clearly breaches our standards is blocked.
• Reporting. Every post and comment has a report option in the app. You can also email us at the address in section 14.
• Blocking. You can block any user from their profile, a post, or a comment. Blocked users are managed in your account settings.
• Our response. We review reports of objectionable content and aim to act within 24 hours by removing the content, restricting the account, or removing the user entirely.
• Consequences. Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, hide it from feeds, limit account features, suspend the account, or terminate it permanently. Serious breaches, including anything involving minors, result in immediate removal and may be reported to the authorities.
• Appeals. If you believe we made a mistake, contact us and we will take another look.

06Subscriptions and payments

PRZone is free to use. PRZone Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features.

• Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms. We never receive or store your payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
• We may change subscription pricing or the features included in Pro. Price changes affect renewals only after we give notice.

07Health and fitness disclaimer

PRZone is a logging and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Exercise guidance, tips, goals, and statistics in the app are for general information only.

Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have a medical condition or are recovering from an injury. You train at your own risk. Content posted by other users is their own and is not advice from us, and we do not verify it.

08Our intellectual property

All content provided by PRZone, including text, graphics, logos, the exercise library, and software, is the property of PRZone or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service except as permitted by law.

09Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or is harmful to other users or us. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

You may also voluntarily terminate your account at any time by following the steps on our Account Deletion page. Deletion removes your profile and the records attached to it, subject to the retention exceptions described in our Privacy Policy.

10Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

PRZone hosts content created by its users. We do not endorse it and we are not responsible for it, though we will act on it under section 05 when it breaches our standards.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including any loss arising from content posted by other users or from your interactions with them. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

12Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the date at the top. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
